I am at a training event for the missions organization Reach Global with Bill, Bruce and John.  There are about 40 leaders here from all around the world that are learning about how to lead teams in environments of grace.  I shared my story and that was actually pretty fun.  It’s such a messed up story but God is using it in redemptive ways.  That feels really good!

But mostly I am sitting in the back of the room watching the guys teach. Amazing! I wish you all could see and hear them work together to communicate these truths.  What is even cooler is to see people get it!  This is hard stuff to get your brain around—at least it has been for me over the years.  But these people, who minister all over the world, are totally getting it.  I see heads nodding and verbal affirmations and people taking tons of notes (especially when Bill talks—his concepts are so big that you have to write them down and come back to them later!).  But it is so cool to see this taking place.

It blows me away that these leaders will be going back to Hungary and Bosnia and to Asia and Central America and other places around the world carrying these messages of grace back with them. They will impact their teams and in turn, those teams will work with hundreds and maybe even thousands of people who will have the opportunity to be transformed by grace.  I feel blown away!
