General Shipping & Handling
We offer shipping to any P.O. Box, residential or business address within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS media mail. It is our desire at Leadership Catalyst to make your shopping experience a positive one; therefore, we will make every effort to ship orders the following business day after they are placed regardless of shipping method selected. Normal delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the day the order is shipped.

Shipping charges are based on a per item fee. For online orders shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Other Shipping Options

The shipping fee will be based on the delivery carrier, delivery speed required, and size and weight of package; rate will be calculated on a per order basis.

International Shipping
We are unable to complete orders to international addresses through the Webstore. To place an order to an international address please call 1-888-249-0700 to place your order. The shipping fee for an order shipped to an international address is based on the size and weight of the order and delivery address; rate will be calculated on a per order basis. Most international packages are shipped through USPS.

*****Leadership Catalyst Money Back Warranty: Upon request, we will refund or credit your FedEx Two Day shipping fee if package is not delivered according to the deadline and qualifications as stated above. Warranty is subject to verification of late delivery by FedEx and the absence of any customer specific requests that may have contributed to the failure to meet delivery deadline. (i.e.: incomplete or bad address, bad contact phone number, restricted delivery requests, etc.)
